Why am i acting this way??

HI ya'll !!



someone help please



I have finals next week and I've been reviewing for the past week. I wrote out this schedule for things to do each day...well, it's taking me longer then i thought to get things done....and now I'm behind.



here is what i did today....



9:00 - doctors (i am sick)



9:30 - 11:00 - class



11:00 - 12:00 - lunch/ spoke with a professor



12:00 - 1:30 - re-wrote notes for 7 chapters of music and looked over online notes



1:30 - 3:00 - class



3:00 - present - still re-writing notes for 11 chapters in total.



o and somewhere in there i manged to write a 3 page paper for tomorrow.



I still wanted to get other work done for instance



-psychology



*take online quiz



*read 2nd chapter



*finishing outline the first chapter.



I'm so stressed



every time anyone calls me i get very irritated



i feel like I'm going to cry....



I need to get a 3.5 to transfer to a new college



Why do i feel like I'm gonna cry??



why am i so angry with everyone??!!

You are anxious, worried, and tired. This is such a stressful time for you and you are probably putting a lot of pressure on yourself. Try to do things one step at a time and what you get done, you get done. Make sure you are getting enough rest and eat a nutritious diet. Drink plenty of water and get a little fresh air and exercise. don't pull marathon all nighters with the studying - sleep is important too - and you will do better on the finals if you are rested. Best of luck. It is only a couple of weeks and this will be done and you can have a break.

Sounds like you're very frustrated over falling behind in your schedule. I do give you kudos for making a schedule, though! Most students could really care less when it comes to finals time.



Your irritability is a result of your subconscious frustration and stress over needing certain grades, wanting to do well, and life going on in general.



While you can't make it go away in a flash, here are some things you could do to help yourself cope:



- Redo your schedule with reachable goals



- Take some time out of your work schedule to enjoy something fun (listening to music, watching a movie, playing a game, etc.) You won't believe how relaxation will help ease your stress in the long run!



- Set aside a strict study time and stick by it! If someone calls or want to chat with you, just kindly remind them that you have a study hour and cannot talk at the moment. It's not being rude; besides people understand when you're busy!



- Remember that it WILL end! Then you can relax!!

I think you're trying to get everything done at once and trying to cram everything into one expanse of time.



If you have time, try to break it up if you can into little sections. Make it a goal to do two things one day, and then if you have time, do one more. Then stop. You can't do absolutely everything at once if you have 15 things to do and not enough time to do it. You're human.



By all means, take breaks if you can. Even just little ones...10-15 minutes. If you keep going and going and going you're going to burn out.



Just take some time for yourself. If you have to, turn off your phone, listen to music, let people know that you need this time to study and prepare.



You can also try breathing exercises...breathe in and out, slowly and calmly for about 30 seconds in a quiet room or listening to some calming music.



If you're a person who gets along with people you could get together in a study group.



It'll be okay, you can get through it.
Give yourself a break! Take a breather! Finals are stressful but you can do it. Do you really need to rewrite your notes? Why not just study the ones that you have? That seems more constructive than simply rewriting!
You have a lot going on: you're stressed.



It happens to the best of us.. just try to chill out. It's normal to be freaked out.. it's not like you're special or anything.
Because you are stressed.
you are over whelmed..take a darn 30 min break...



go watch a movie... enjoy a good meal...



take a nap... listen to a few songs
You need a break, just take a hour a day or some time over the weekend to do what you enjoy doing or whatever relaxes you so you can calm down and feel less stressed.
they reason you are angry with everyone is because your stressed. trust me. im in the same boat right now and its not fun.



i would suggest doing your online quiz to get it out of the way. then out line your 1st chapter. then maybe take a break and eat something. then as your reading your 2nd chapter out line at the same time. it will make it a little easier.

theres no time for a break during finals time....



u got ur time managed well, just make sure u follow it
i used to feel this way.you just need sleep and to go to the spy.no matter what you do dont think at all.just do nothing for like 3 hours and i guaranty u will feel better. just stop over wokring yourself
i know you probably need all the time in the world to finish the work. but just take at least a 15 minute break every hour. Also turn your ringer off,i'm sure they'll leave a message.
Just wait till schools over and the real work begins...then the real stress starts.
dont make sch a big deal about it. your gonna get an ulcer. your stressin too much. way too much.
You're angry because you didn't take time out to have some time to yourself. Literally, you didn't put any time to just relax. You're stressing yourself out by worrying too much. Don't re-write notes for chapters, just re-read them. And remember to find time for yourself too. There is no reason to spend so much time worrying about everything else. Re-read notes, and only spend 45 minutes reading notes, not a full hour. And take your time. No need to worry so much.

dont answer the phone
Stay off of the phone, it will probably add 3-4 hours to your studying time.
My finals are this week, I know exactly how you feel. You need to just take a break, turn off your phone, relax and get to work. I had to finish a report over the weekend and nearly lost it I was so stressed.
you are really stressed and you are iritable from the stress and you are probably not getting enough sleep./
stress does wierd things to people. its quite normal for stress to do things like that.
Just take some time out. Maybe a hour or so , and go take a hot bath. Think of everything except school. i do this everyday and i feel so much better. Your waaay to young to be stressing like this.

You are stress out and under pressure, everyone gets like this once in awhile. One thing to do is stop Procrastinating and another to take quick breaks in between studying. Don't worry the worst thing to do is to worry because if you worry it makes you stress and when you get stressed or nervous it tends to make you fail. Everything will be fine. and just remember to breathe and that everything happens for a reason. But I am sure you are very smart and that you will pass. Just relax!
