Brain Tumor? Help!!!?

I'm getting an MRI done soon but I was wondering if these could be signs of a tumor or just anxiety..My dad died about a year ago very suddenly, I'm very stressed in school and family life, and as a result I don't have time for much sleep.. I experience:

muscle twitches

tingling and numbness fingers/hands

hand/leg weakness

unsteadiness

dizziness

forgetfulness/confusion

irrelavant thoughts (when I'm tired)

breathing problems

headaches/random pain in head

neck pain

throbbing head/feels like brain shaking

--I'm really going crazy as you can see from all these symptoms and I check on the internet for every little thing..I would appreciate it if someone could share their experience with me...Thanks

Calm down. Try to take your mind away from thoughts that will increase your stress. Socialize! Go out! See some shows! Cool down! Many of your simptoms could be stress generated or by a displacement of the cervical (neck) vertebrae or even by a combination of factors including blood pressure fluctuations, minerals depletion, a clot of blood in your head etc. From the simptoms you listed one cannot draw a firm conclusion. Make your tests and just see what they bring. Do not assume that the worst has happened to you. Chin up! Good luck!

It's good you're getting an MRI to rule out a brain tumor. You have a lot of symptoms, and most can be caused by many things, including the high level of stress you've been experiencing since your Dad passed away. It's important that you rule out the most serious causes, which you seem to be doing. Assuming it is not a tumor, you could have a combination of problems, making things seem worse than they are. For example, stress and lack of sleep can increase forgetfulness, and migraines can be linked with your terrible throbbing headaches, and possibly the dizziness. Also, if your neck or back is "out of alignment" (and in need of a chiropractor) you could experience tingling in your hands and neck problems. A few of your symptoms, like hand/leg weakness, unsteadiness and breathing problems are a bit more concerning, even on their own, although they could be rooted in stress or other problems, as well. Have your testing done, and try not to worry鈥擨'm betting that will only make you feel worse. In the meantime, try to get some sleep, make sure you're eating well, and maybe try some light exercise of some kind, like beginning yoga. Whatever the results, you need to find healthy ways to deal with your grief and stress, as well as any health problems that may occur. Perhaps some counseling would help, from a counselor, pastor, or wise relative you can trust. Good luck.
I'm sorry about your dad, may his soul rest in peace!

Death is a reality, and we can't deny it. One day everyone has to go, death isn't the end but a start of a new and never-ending life. So please try not to be depressed and anxious. Depression can lead you to many diseases.

The symptoms, well... it can be depression. But you'd better visit a doctor.

Try to look at the world with positive approach and busy yourself in some positive activities, try to know about yourself and your talents, and don't forget to visit a doctor, IMMEDIATELY!
God forbins, but if you do go to John Hopkins Hospital in Maryland, and enlist for Ben Carson
